Buyers should not have to send money to strangers and hope, and sellers should not have to release goods because someone sent a payment screenshot.

Payment collection, processing, safeguarding, settlement, wallet infrastructure, transfers, or other regulated financial services may be provided by third-party payment service providers and financial institutions.
