When you initiate an eligible payment, FINTACLOUD connects the transaction to a supported payment provider. Available methods and currencies depend on the market and provider.

Eligible sellers and businesses can register and use available seller or merchant tools, subject to onboarding and verification requirements.

The platform is being designed to support multiple currencies. Actual payment and settlement availability depends on the country, provider and merchant eligibility.

No. Operational, payment and service availability must be confirmed market by market.

Use the transaction support or dispute process as soon as possible. Actions and outcomes depend on transaction type, evidence, provider capabilities and applicable terms.

The FINTACLOUD platform fee is 1.7% of the applicable transaction amount, capped at ₦15,000 per transaction. Applicable third-party charges may be separate.
